At House of Ceramics, we want you to love every piece in your home; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible ceramic goods. Please ensure items are unused and in their original protective packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original padding and box to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged items cannot be refunded.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
